overview
This is a 5-day training course that focuses on drafting and negotiating power purchase agreements. The course introduces participants to what a PPA is, the salient features of a PPA, common risks to parties and expected obligations for utilities. Participants in this course get to review sample PPAs for various technologies and pick out key negotiation points. Lastly, participants are given a snapshot of other relevant agreements such as implementation agreements and the operations and maintenance contracts.
