This is a 5-day training course that looks at how utilities can monitor and evaluate strategic plans. The course focuses on the strategic planning process and the approaches to design a framework to monitor and evaluate its progress. Participants in this course learn the steps in developing the strategic plan, how to come up with measurable results, the techniques for weighting and tracking targets, and the way to report progress.
